Walmart is one of the largest and most popular retailers in the world. They want to stay on top and ask for your help in their evaluation and improvement process. Walmart Sweepstakes Rules

There are only a few requirements you need to meet to enter the Walmart sweepstakes.

• You need to be at least 18 years old;
• You need to be a legal resident of the United States;
• You must not work for Walmart or its affiliates nor be related to anyone who does;
• You may only enter once per month and only win one prize;

Here are the steps to take in order to complete the survey at www.survey.walmart.com:
1. Go to the Walmart Survey homepage.
2. Choose either English or Spanish and click the “Continue” button at the bottom of page. (You will click on Continue on each page to advance)

3. Read the description of the survey details.

4. Enter your home zip code.

5. Tell whether or not you are a Walmart employee, or a relative of a Walmart employee.
6. Enter the year of your birth.
7. Answer “yes” if you have your receipt ready.
8. Use your receipt to enter store number and date of purchase.
9. Respond to questions about your experiences.
