i was at Red Robin Holyoke Ma I sat at the bar waited 7 minutes for someone to show up behind the bar to get waited on . When my meal came my Tavern burger was warm and good my fries were cold I couldn’t say anything to the bar tender because she wasn’t anywhere to be found. she did show up when I was done I told her about the fries she didn’t even offer to get me more. I eat there once or twice a week I was happy about the service or the food (fries) . I would have said something to the manager but didn’t see one . I wrote cold Fries on my C/C bill
