Read below to learn how to access and complete the Sears feedback survey at www.searsfeedback.com, how to enter the Sears sweepstakes, and the rules and requirements you need to follow.

Sears Feedback Survey Prizes

Sears strives to provide the highest-level of service to all customers. To ensure this, they are encouraging you to rate your most recent shopping experience. Your incentive is that the information you provide will help the company tailor its product line and services, to better meet your needs.

In addition, when you complete the Sears feedback survey, you will be entered into the Sears sweepstakes, and have a chance to win $500 in Shop Your Way points (the cash value can vary). Your responses, whether positive or negative, will not impact your chance of winning.

Remember that you cannot exchange the Shop Your Way points for cash. You can only use them as store credit when purchasing something from Sears. In order to have a chance to win these Sears Shop Your Way points, you need to provide your contact information at the end of the Sears customer survey. This will enter you into the Sears sweepstakes. If you win, you will be contacted by Sears via the email address you provide.

In order to be eligible for the Sears sweepstakes, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, or Guam.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have the Sears customer survey invitation found on your Sears receipt.
  • Get only one entry per sales receipt.

Sears adheres to a strict privacy policy. They will keep your information confidential, and not share it with any other company.

Sears Feedback Survey Steps

In order to complete the Sears survey, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to www.searsfeedback.com, the Sears survey website.
  2. Choose English or Spanish.
  3. Click “Next.”sears survey page
  4. Enter the 12-digit receipt # from your Sears receipt.
  5. Enter the date of your purchase, and click “Next”.sears survey page
  6. Answer the questions by making a choice on the scale from Very Unlikely to Very Likely. You may also add your comments.
  7. Submit your personal contact information to enter the Sears sweepstakes.

You can also participate in the Sears sweepstakes without making a purchase. Just handwrite your name, phone number, mailing address, email, and age on a card. Then, mail this information to Sears Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes Entries, 90 Rockwood Place, Rochester, NY.

Sears provides a sample sales receipt on www.searsfeedback.com, so you can easily find your 12-digit code. If you are unable to access the www.searsfeedback.com site, or cannot complete the form, you may need to change internet browsers or your security settings.

Some Information About Sears

Sears is an American retailer of general merchandise, home appliances, automotive parts, clothing, tools, and services.

In 1886, Richard W. Sears founded the R.W Sears Watch Company in his hometown of Minneapolis, Minnesota. This company involved selling watches via mail order. This was the first company in the Sears business franchise.

Richard W. Sears went on to launch a number of businesses after his success with the watch company and these grew phenomenally.

The first Sears retail store opened its doors in Chicago in 1925. It went on to become America’s largest retailer until the late 1980s, when the Kmart Corporation surpassed the total sales of Sears.

    I see some issues with the way your processes are designed, especially when it comes to w use of the internet.
    Here’s my actual example.
    Bought lawn tractor in 2010, in 2017 needed to tune it up. Needed 5 items for tune-up.
    Oil – 30 wt bought at auto parts store ( not avail at Sears Automotive or garden center)
    Spark plugs – (bought at Walmart at half the price)
    Oil filter – (bought at Sears, comp’d w/online competitor saved $5)
    Air filter – not avail. locally had to order online, Sears was approx $7.00 higher than competition.
    Gas filter – not available at Sears or locally will order online, but I suspect it will not be from Sears as it will be overpriced.

    This is just one example of why your customers are choosing to shop elsewhere. You are not servicing the products you sell, so you send your customers to go online, for parts 1) for parts that should be on your self and 2) for parts that are over priced, thereby allowing your competition to steal your business.

    Is it no wonder your company if failing.

    Yesterday my husband and I were in Sears at SUNVALLEY MALL, Salescheck #013685626792, Tran# 6792 PG/Store 35 01368 Reg# 562, Assoc# 745.
    We were at the register looking for a clerk and saw Winston see us then turn away down another aisle. After a while he looked down the aisle and saw that we were still there and that we saw him. He walked very slowly and quite frankly, Winston looked and talked like he had been smoking something. We bought one item, I gave him the exact amount and he seemed confused as to how to proceed and mumbled to himself “Amazing”. He needs help! We trust that you will look into this matter.     I just left store. A couple​ weeks ago I bought a 60 watch. I did everything I think to set the watch to the point I finally went back to get the lady set the watch, she couldn’t. So I went to a watchmaker n the mall he set it and I paid 5.00 for his time. Went back to the store and I went to the mgr I believe and told him and he gave me my 5.00 back w/o a thought. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. But it restored my wanting to coming back to your store. “Thank very much for him!!”

    I was at Sear in Madison west town mall, I bought 2 six pack of hepa vacuum cleaner bags. This sale associate was very helpful, she went out of her way to help me.I want to thank you for her kindness. I WILL GO BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN. JOHN B.

    11/1/17: We just bought a vacuum cleaner and coffee maker from your store in Salisbury, MD. The person who helped us, Lisa Purnell, was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. We were quite impressed with Ms. Purnell’s professionalism, as well as her good humor and kindness. She made our buying experience extremely wonderful.

    On 11/05/2017 we purchased kitchen appliances and mattress sets at the Cookeville, TN store. The associates who aided us in our sales were Andrew Anderson and April (MGR), both of whom were exceptionally professional and efficient. So much so that we’re taking the time to acknowledge their friendly and professional attitudes. They should definitely be recognized for their genuinely pleasing attitudes…it was like shopping at Sears when Sears was in its heyday! They made us wonder if Sears couldn’t make a comeback after all.

    Customer service associates Cody and Ty were very friendly and helpful in finding the product I purchased. At this time of year it was very nice to not be hurried and they took the time that makes one feel they are not just money!

    New Brunswick Sears cashier, Lata, has excellent customer service skills and is very knowledgeable about Sears. She convinced me to open a credit card, which I didn’t need and saved me $40.00 on a $50.00 pair of Sketchers. I’m still smiling!.

    I went to Salmon Run Mall in Watertown to buy a snow blower. I talked to a very nice young gentleman by the name of Zachary which was very helpful and knowledgeable of the snow blowers they had in store. I told him I would decide in a few days and let him know. He gave me his card just in case. I decided to buy the snow blower so I called the store to find out when Zachary was working and the woman that answered the phone that day was very rude she told me that Zachary did not work on commission and that she did then she asked if she could help and I said I would rather talk to Zachary as he was the one that spent so much of his time with us. She hung up on me! I finally went to the store and got a hold of Zachary and completed the sale. You should have more associates like him. He was very courteous and helpful

    I was at the Sears tool department looking for 1 certain tool-The sales person-Craig
    was very helpful and gave great customer service. After I found the tool he
    found out that I would need addiosonal tools . It was a pleasant experience.

    Just left the Pheasant Lane Mall Sears. I met with Lexi Mercedes North. She was professional, polite, personable, knowledgeable, helpful and informative.
    She answered questions before I asked them. I was working on a budget and she helped me with the purchase.

    I had a great time shopping and I wanted this jean jacket but no one was working on the floor I went to the cashier to ask for help getting the size she called someone twice but no one came she end up stopping to accept payment and came to help me and my brother and she took us right away we did not make the line her name is Rukaya best lady ,great heart and very welcoming we need more people like her especially in this hard times we need smile on our faces

    I just made a call about a delivery of elliptical which was supposed to be delivered between 7 to 9 o’clock and the man I talked too was very helpful,think his name was Snow. He informed me it was not in the warehouse and would be delivered the next day, which was okay with us. He said they would call tonight between 6 and 9 to tell what time they would deliver tomorrow, hopefully this will happen. Thanks for all the help.

    I went to the store @ South Park Mall in San Antonio, Tx. I bought some clothing items. They were having a sale. Most of the clothing & shoes were gone, I wanted a pair of Nikes, but they were all gone.I was never approached by a sales clerk, nor were there any around. We walked to the counter to pay & an extremely rude sales clerk(#010975249943) asked if we were in line, we didn’t realize there was a line & went to the back. After she waited on another customer, she called us back to her register. I wanted to buy a shirt that had a huge sign stating that it was on a “huge blow out sale” Well she quickly informed me that this particular shirt was not part of the,soshe had an associate go check, & in tiny print on sign it said that only tank tops were on sale. There were no tank tops on table, rude clerk said they were all gone.I said that there can’t be a sign w/ no merchandise, she could have cared less & told me the shirt I wanted was not on sale. Her attitude was horrible & she definitely was not friendly. I did not buy the shirt. I will not go back there. I’m going to purchase clothing & shoes elsewhere. I did purchase socks that were reasonably priced. This person should be reprimanded. It’s no wonder U are going out of business. This was definitely not a pleasant place to shop.

    I had a wonderful experience with the sales associate Katrin Dameron. She by far is the most helpful employee in the store in my opinion. She has saved me big time bucks by helping me compare prices and deals. I always enjoying having her there to assist me.
