When you participate, you are rewarded with either a KFC sweepstakes entry for a $1,000 cash prize, or a coupon for a KFC discount or a free food item. In either case, you are guaranteed a better experience the next time you order.

The survey is active throughout the year. The questions are the same, but the prizes vary. Whether you receive a KFC discount coupon or an opportunity to enter the KFC sweepstakes, there are some requirements you must meet in order to participate.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must have a register receipt from a recent KFC purchase.
- If you are an employee of KFC or a member of an employee’s family or household, you are not eligible for any prize.
KFC Survey Steps
Depending on the prize offered to you, the final survey steps vary slightly. However, the process to open the KFC survey and access the questions remains the same. To participate and provide KFC with your input, follow the steps below.
1. Open the KFC survey homepage at www.mykfcexperience.com.
2. The survey defaults to English, but you can choose the Spanish language by clicking on the “Espanol” link at the bottom of the survey homepage.
3. Enter the survey code which appears on your KFC receipt into the appropriate box.
4. Enter the time of your purchase into the appropriate boxes and click “Start”.
5. Follow the instructions to respond honestly to all the questions. If there is a sweepstakes, you will be asked to provide personal contact information to enter the drawing. If your reward is a coupon, you will receive a KFC validation code. Record this on your register receipt and bring it with you on your next KFC visit to claim your prize.
If you do not have a survey code, you can still complete the KFC customer satisfaction survey. Click on the “no code” link. Enter the store number, date and time of purchase, and ticket number. Click on the “Start” box to access the survey questions.

purchased 5.00 fill up box with white chicken, got home and found only 1 piece of chicken and half a bowl of potatoes. when i called store in phelan, ca. they did not answer and answer machine was full. called #provided on line with my complaint, they apoligized and are sendinding me a five dollar coupon. but i cannot imagine how many customers are dealing with this kind of problem

I ordered Popcorn chicken and side if baked beans. When I got to where I was going I had nothing to eat them with and no napkins.. I went thru drive thru and service was slow.
