• Anyone who makes a purchase, is at least 18 years of age, and is a legal resident of the United States is eligible to complete the survey and enter the Arby’s sweepstakes.
• Those not eligible are employees of the Arby’s corporation, or members of their families or households.
• If you do not have an Arby’s receipt, and still want to leave feedback without entering the sweepstakes, go to the “Click here” link on the Arby’s survey homepage to open the Restaurant Experience Feedback form.

1. You can access the Arby’s survey by entering www.arbyswemakeitright.com into your browser’s search bar.
2. Choose your preferred language by clicking on either the “Begin in English” or the “Comience en Espanol” box.

3. Enter the restaurant number, date and time of visit, and the amount that you spent in the appropriate boxes.

4. Choose dine in, drive thru, or carry out from the dropdown menu and click on the “Next” button.
5. Respond to all the questions concerning the various aspects of your visit.
6. Provide your personal contact information to enter the Arby’s sweepstakes.
