In order to be eligible for the Bahama Breeze sweepstakes, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Be a legal resident of the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico.
- Be at least 18 years of age when you take the survey.
- Employees of Bahama Breeze or members of their families or households are not eligible to enter.
- You can enter the sweepstakes by completing the online survey or by mailing your information without making a purchase.

2. To complete the survey in Spanish, click on the “haga clic aqui” link on the survey homepage.
3. Enter the ID code from your guest check and click “Enter”.
4. Follow the instructions to choose one or more of the options to answer each of the questions. Add your comments where appropriate.
5. Provide your personal contact information to enter the Bahama Breeze sweepstakes.
