The prize will be given away to ten lucky winners every week. You can enter their sweepstakes once a week, which means that you’ll have many chances to win a prize. The sweepstakes includes a total of 400 prizes, which amount to a $40,000 value.

- Once you have your receipt, visit the Dollar General customer satisfaction survey by accessing www.dgcustomerfirst.com.
- Once you land on the page, input the time and store number in the first two empty fields.
- For field number three, look at your receipt and find the section called “Survey Code.” You’ll find a 15-digit code that you will need to enter in the field.
- Click ‘Start’ to begin filling out the series of questions about your experience at Dollar General.
- Be sure to submit your name and contact information at the end of the survey to submit your entry.

I am very disappointed in your customer service and your Mound City store every time I go in there I feel like a thief I’m 71 years old I sent my 50 year old son in there this morning to get me some soup I’ve had the flu I wanted a Lipton soup he came out to show me Progresso Chicken Noodle Soup he had his things on the counter to pay for and he told the clerk he wanted to come out and make sure I would eat that soup she followed him out of the store there was nobody else in the store she followed him out there to make sure we didn’t steal a can of soup I’m very upset about this I don’t even know if I’m going to go in your store again and I’m going to tell people about it that’s ridiculous and you’re going to deny your customers perfect service
