Tthere are a few requirements you will need to meet to complete the Hertz survey.
- You need to have a valid Hertz receipt from a recent company transaction. The invitation survey code is printed on this receipt, and you will need that code to open the survey.
- You must also be of legal age to rent a vehicle in order to participate.
Hertz Survey Steps
The survey has only four questions, so it takes very little time to complete. You will have the opportunity to comment on each aspect of your experience if you wish, but this is not necessary. To complete the survey, follow the steps below.
1. Go to the Hertz survey homepage at www.hertzsurvey.com. (You may also use www.hertzcarsales.com/survey. However, you should use the URL given to you by the company at the time of your rental).
2. Use the language dropdown menu to choose from the list of languages listed.
3. Enter the 9-digit Rental Record number that appears on the top of your rental receipt.
4. Enter the 5 to 7- digit access code that can be found on the bottom of your receipt.
5. Click the “Next” button.
